Obviously talking to the people at 21 Norfolk Road, once didn't really work. They now have the front off of the vehicle you can see (van) & behind it there is a BMW with no number plate and a smashed in rear. It appears that many of the vehicles in and out of the property are being worked on and if past actions are still happening, being moved abroad. The working on the vehicles is not the problem, it's the problem that is caused by taking up residents parking spaces.

    Look at vans today blocking pavement blocking junctions . Please action this is getting worse.

    Well, the BMW has gone, but as you can see, they are working on the (engine less) van as I reply to you.
