Abandoned car

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6242352.

I did report this and you closed the report. the car has been there for 8 weeks and the owner no longer lives at the address he has split from the lady and his previous car was towed away for no tax and this one has no mot so if it is the case you won’t do anything how long can it stay there ?
