Sent to Darlington Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6242304.

Everyone in the street parks on the right hand side allowing a flow of traffic, in recent weeks and individual is now insisting on parking on the left opposite the last car blocking anyone from getting threw and having to reverse back. This has caused issues with delivery's.
