Road Collapsing

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6242155.

Entrance to Chates Farm Court is Now sinking, We have not had any Rubbish collection in 2 weeks, Due to Lorry can not get into our car park, Have informed Highways, But they say it is NOT Council property, Although We are Council Homes, and Pay BHCC Rental for Car Parking and Refuse collection, Yet know one will sort this out, Drain has collapsed, Damage to cars, Lorries will not deliver or collect refuse, st be sorted Asap, Been complaining for 4 yrs, Sod all gets done, Stupid Excuses given, Time to sort, or court action for car damages caused by Sinking Drains and Road.

  • Thank you for the report. City Clean have been made aware re bin collection, and our engineers have been ti site, there is no investigation level defects here for us to action, and this road is walked every 6 months by an inspector who will raise a ticket if there becomes any work order needed.
