Fresh Graffiti on walls in Guildford Road

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6240829.

We again have fresh graffiti including obscene images on the walls under Wadham Bridge and along pathway. The mural is again being defaced despite assurance that this would be repaired. Also the walls of Forest Community Centre again has swear words and tags.
