This van has been parked in this position on a main road double yellow lines for nearly a week day and night

Dear Jean. thank you for reporting the van parked on yellow lines. I have requested some extra patrols from the enforcement team attend this area to check for vehicles parked on yellow lines. An officer will be in the area this afternoon.
