Enfield no front line services

There are no frontline services in Enfield. Fly tippers and unlicensed multi occupancy is allowed and flat wheelie bins constantly left permanently in the middle of the street encouraging additional fly tipping and obstructing prams, elderly and disabled users. Park house flats on Winchmore Hill road is filthy and a symptom of all of the above. The council are doing nothing to stop the ghettoisation of the borough.
