Overgrowth on pavement, kerb and in drainage channel

Reported via Android anonymously at 20:57, Tuesday 16 July 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6238339.

Foliage has been allowed to grow without proper maintenance for an extended period of time. Water can no longer drain properly, the pavements are getting damaged and it looks abandoned. This is the case on much of Lakewood Road and Lakewood Crescent. Some of the plants have gotten quite big and well established.

Updates

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 14:14, Wednesday 14 August 2024

  • I can see that the majority of the pavement and guttering on Lakewood Road and Lakewood Crescent has now been cleared. It looks much neater and tidier, and thank you for arranging this. There are still a few areas that need completing though, such as those that have had had cars parked on them, and we hope that you return to double check at some point in the near future.
