Disturbance from loose drain cover in main road.

For several weeks there has been a loose drain cover in the main road on School Road,just past the new pedestrian lights. Each time a car passes over it,it causes a loud disturbing noise which echoes and can be heard clearly from Stafford Close.Now it is getting warmer,we are out in the garden more and we have our bedroom windows open at night but are unable to do so as we can hear the noise clearly.The residents of School Road must be also greatly effected even worse than ourselves.
