Manhole covers/car tyres

When cars drive out of Underleaf Way passing junction of 2 to 16 there are two manhole covers. I believe it may be the one closer to the pavement that is raised and causing a loud noise as tyres go over it. Maybe worth checking both please? Many thanks, Heather

I see today a drain cover edging the pavement by 1,3 (my property) and 5 Underleaf has been marked as 'renew'. This is not the issue I have reported so I wonder if this is just coincidence? The two manhole covers that cars drive over are in the road, as per photo. It is one or both that are making a noise when cars drive across one and/or the other. Clearly tyres are impacting the surface of the covers as a significant noise is heard. Many thanks Heather
