Due to all the heavy lorries from the new housing estate being built using Cooks Lane in the past 18months, the edge of the road, outside house numbers 21 and 23, is breaking up causing tar and stone debris to be spread over the gutter and pavement along side the road edge breakup.

West Sussex highways say damage is not bad enough to be repaired.
