Can someone please remove all of these black bin bags that have just been dumped and left! Utter disgrace!

    There’s more sacks that have been dumped now. Plus a sofa and pallets! The sacks have been split all over the pavement and people have kicked it, they look like cannabis plants. Utter disgrace! Plus they’ve filled up my household bin with their plants. Please can’t someone see I’ve this mess.
