Multiple new fences appearing across Daisy Bank Field
Reported via desktop in the Obstruction caused by fence category anonymously at 05:56, Tuesday 16 July 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6233887.
The issue affects multiple locations and all the Rights of Way across Daisy Bank Field. In past few weeks, several new fences and gates have appeared, with insulators at the tops of the fence posts for electric wire. One particular fence excludes a 20metre strip at the west field boundary. An area of the field adjacent to Undercliff Avenue has been fenced off and being bulldozed.I can find no authorisation for these works on the GCC site and I am concerned that an illegal land grab may be in process. Please check this out.
