Constant speeding everyday, mostly by visitors

Constant speeding in our street, it's getting very dangerous, someone will get hurt or worse before long, it's only a small road, people have no respect or consideration, there are pensioners and disabled people living here, I feel we need speed bumps etc or something to stop this
