Rubbissh in Ditch

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 623084.
The Ditch which runs Between Chingford Hatch Roundabout and Henry's Avenue,on Golf Course Side of Chingford Lane. Is full of Tin Cans,Plastic Bottles, and litter. This restricts the flow of flood water. Which overflows onto the Road. This is an ongoing issue that no body will accept is their problem

This problem is still there. It is not quite so vissible as weeds have grown over most of the rubbish. Waltham Forest Council say it is not their problem. They say it is the adjoining Boroughs Problem. The Road is the Borough Boundary

It is now 21st June 2015,The rubbish is still in this ditch. From Hatch Lane roundabout to Henry's ave.There are now weeds growing in the ditch,about two foot high. And the weeds partly disguise the rubbish. Which ever borough is responsible for this should be forced to clear it. up. Waltham Forest Council Say it is not theirs
