Car parking near junction

There are nearly always a number of cars parked in close proximity to this relatively busy junction, in the positions indicated by the red markers in the picture, the car parked opposite the junction (lower left) is nearly always there despite having an empty double driveway! The position of these cars forces traffic into the opposite lanes near the junctions and causes log jams, and confusion over right of way. Traffic coming out of dunraven drive also sometimes does not check to their left and just pull out into oncoming traffic forced onto their side of the road by these parked cars. Could you consider whether markings are required in this area to make these junctions safer
