No Give Way sign before junction

When travelling north west on Heath Road, there is no Give Way sign either before or at the junction with Mill Road. The junction is over a slight incline so the road markings when turning left into Mill Road are only visible shortly before the junction. This is on a 60mph stretch of road, so the risk of overshooting the junction and causing an accident is high.
