Huge Bramble bushes out side houses in St Georges Way Wolverton

Flower Boarders are now covered in 9 foot high Brambles my sister lives there she is 88 when you look out of her window al you see is brambles. Please take note of her waste bins blocking her front door the same is for most of the other residents. It would be impossible for her to bring then through the house.
