  • Cardiff council has said there not responsible for people who don't live in the area parking on pavements outside residents homes so the people who live there have no where to park, this is caused by visitors to the church of hope next to ball road flats in llanrumney cardiff

  • Recently I had another email and a phone call from swp in regards to parking on pavements and obstructing pedestrians and traffic saying that they can't enforce pavement parking etc even if the people doing it are not residents here and are using the church of hope ball hill, the problem will probably escalate with residents not being able to park outside homes and traffic ,buses etc not being able to pass hitting residents vehicles etc

  • As I'm classed as a disabled person, when I use the car which is a distance from where I live anyway, people just park like this and anywhere without a thought for residents so I sometimes have no choice to park on grass, which hasn't got any no parking signs as these were pulled down due to anti social behaviour
