Pothole / subsidence on Mill Lane

Pothole just outside 33 Mill Lane that has gone right through the road surface.

Also, whilst you've got the tarmac out, it doesn't look much but the trench repair leading to the manhole just next to the pothole has subsided and makes our houses shake every time a heavy vehicle goes over it. If you could build that back up a bit, it would be appreciated.
