Please relocate the Kenilworth Road street name plate to the back edge of the public footway, jct High St Penge. It would appear that, in the last year or so, a metre high wooden picket fence has been erected around the formerly open lawn patch on the corner. The SNP is now 'captured' and less visible, and looks incongruous in an entirely enclosed area, which, subject to checking, someone asserts, by act of enclosure, is a private not public lawn.
