Several large bags of rubbish on east park/rosemary green

Someone has left several large bags of rubbish in this corner of rosemary green (top of grassy slope) and nearby in the brambles. There are other large items (wheel, broken trolley, pile of inner tubes and tyres) at the bottom of the slope by the bin.
