Items ignored by council staff

This door and pieces of carpet have been in the park for months however, council staff aren’t collecting them when changing the bins and collecting pink volunteer litter picking bags. Then, the items miraculously end up back in the bushes again to be claimed by nature.

As a result, kind volunteers keep placing it next to the bins hoping the council staff will address the issue but they don’t see interested so I feel compelled to report it here as I’m sick of walking past it.
