  • Original reporter: Thanks to this update and photo evidence from another member of the public. I agree.

    This has happened to two other of my reports of similar 'removals' in the last 12 months, namely at The Knoll jct Bromley Rd, Beckenham and Watermen's Square jct Penge Lane, Penge. Please would the Council or contractors kindly return to your previous practice of removing the flyposting, storing it for 28 days, should the offender want their flyposting back, and then disposing of it.

    Removing an flyposted Estate Agent board from a Street Name Plate but then dumping it on the footway just creates a new offence of Flytipping.
