At the side of number 2 Top Park, in Hayes Lane, the hedge has been allowed to grow so much that it is taking up half of the footpath. In addition, the garden fence is broken and is leaning into the footpath reducing the width considerably.

For overhanging vegetation reports please allow 28 days for the responsible party to arrange action before notifying us of any continued obstruction.

This overhanging vegetation has still not been cut creating a real obstruction of the footway in Hayes Lane. How long does it actually take for LBB to do anything?
