Car company selling cars on public land blocking pedestrian access to Highfield Park

Someone keeps parking cars and vans for sale at the end of Nelstrop Road North. It blocks access for my wife's wheelchair (also parents with prams). It means we have to navigate deep potholes which stops us getting into Highfield Park and we have to walk into the road to carry on along Barlow Road. This isn't a car showroom and it's causing a great deal of distress to local reisdents. Can you please send someone out to check on this?

If you search the phone number given in the car window it comes up with a car sales business registered in Chadderton. They're driving over here to block public land to sell private property for their business
