It appears that someone has left a skip loaded with rubbish in a recess on the south side of Hillside Road. The skip projects into the road and is a danger to traffic. It has been there for a number of weeks. The recess is part of a house on Cotswold Road but I suspect that the owner is unaware of its presence.
