Building work at no 49 has blocked council path between Symington Road and Sherston Close

Building work for rear and side extensions has been taking place at number 49 for approx a year. Throughout this time access to the council path has been obstructed by builders vans and skips, and now a fence has been erected. It is a public path but the fence prevents access.
