Footpath unusable out of Minster

Reported via desktop in the Vegetation & maintenance category anonymously at 11:07, Fri 12 July 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6221569.

The oath has been allowed to get overgrown for months now and is totally unusable out of Minster Lovell. The path is the only pedestrian walkway to get to the footpaths over the fields to Worsham. No way to walk on the busy fast road.

Council ref: ENQ241010992

Updates

  • State changed to: Investigating

Updated by Oxfordshire County Council at 11:11, Fri 12 July 2024

  • The path has finally been mown BUT it hasn't been cleared properly in several places. See photos. Large bramble bushes mean you have to walk on the road. The tarmac surface is also not even visible on the part closest to Minster with stuff snagging you as you walk. This will be more used as people walk to the new pub!
