Corner of Boyneswood Rd with A31 clanking drain night and day since leaves were ckeared from drain

Earlier this year the drain cover (open grid) was lifted to allow for the leaves to be removed from the drain. Since then the drain cover clanks very loud all day and night. This affects all houses in the immediate area.
