Dangerous pavements signage in the way
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6220038.
The end of Aston Fields Lane is closed. Signage has been left in unsafe places. Signs in the road are causes dangers to people coming over the top of the bridge. My concern is thr path. My children walk this route to school. You are expecting my children to walk in a road with National Speed Limit so potentially 60 mph to get around a sign. The sign should not be blocking thr pavement. Pavements are for pedestrians. You need to move it before a child or adult gets hurt by a car.

If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
An update on the issue will be provided.
