Road sign not large enough and covered in stickers

The road sign is not large enough, resulting in drivers not changing lanes quickly enough. There is no through road along Clyde Place and means that drivers get "stuck" often u-turning on the zebra in front of Barclays. Also the sign is now covered in stickers, meaning it can't be read at all. (note the pic doesn't show this, but shows the sign as was).
