Every work day around 8am-9am and in the evening from 5pm there is illegal parking. These are the relatives from the Barclays building, picking up people. This has been going for quite some time and to my knowledge, not a single ticket has ever been issued. The parking is obscured from sight from the bridge by the hoardings that have been erected round the disused land.
