Potholes down slip road

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6215954.

The slip road which comes off the main roundabout from the tanbridge house school / tescos has terrible potholes. This is along the lines where there used to be two lines,but it’s been burnt out as you now merge from two into one lane going down.the cats eyes are either missing or sticking up higher than the actual tarmac, and makes this very dangerous for bikes to merge over. It also catches your steering when going down so this urgently needs fixing
