Blocked completely inside drain

This drain has been blocked for over a year now since the building work at 85 A Royston road commenced and the builders swept all the debris and soil from the site in the road. I reported the blockage 24 January 2024 and it was marked a completed. It has never been unblocked. I reported again in May 2024 and the report was never published on Fix my street. . The corner of Wesbury road and Royston Road is now flooded yet again.
