Overgrown hedge
Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6209305.
This hedge is massively overgrown and is taking up too much of the pavement. When a car is parked there it is necessary to walk into the road to get past. It seems the resident has done nothing with the hedge for a very long time. In fact the front garden is a disgrace.
