Caravan being worked on causing havoc

Caravan parked on the road being worked on all hours of the day/night dustcarts can’t get up the road to clear no number plates on it nothing cars are scratching there paint work having to put there vehicles in the bushes to pass causing rodents to throw rubbish all over the road as bins are not being emptied absolute joke
