Very overgrown hedge from the corner of Ringwood Close round onto leyland drive .you cant even see the road sign but the overgrown hedge round the corner onto leyland drive it is so overgrown it is going on the path

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

Can you please tell me what is happening with the hedge/large bushes being cut down .nothing has been done still overgrown on road sign and it is getting for across the path many thanks

Please can you tell me what is happening about the homeowner cutting the wellovergroen hedge .I started complaining about the state of this as taking over the path making it difficult especially for me to walk on the path .I first started complaining 1st June now 4th September and nothing has been done .surely the council now has to cut the hedge and bill the homeowner. Many thanks

Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - A further site visit has taken place and the vegetation has still not been cut back. A further letter has been sent to cut back the vegetation and a further inspection will take place after 14 days and further action taken is the issue is not resolved.
