Path no longer usable

OCC has an active travel policy to encourage people to walk/cycle etc Sadly it does not appear it would like to be embedded. The opposite side where there is no path has been cut presumably by the landowner (farmer). The path from witney into hailey is used by school children, wheelchair users and pushchair users who now either do not use it or end up in the road creating dangerous situations. Although this is not a junction it requires strimming so therefore should be straight forward as large machinery is not required.
