These addresse 5,7 & 9 Hatherley street, are HMO’s an do not have the correct number of bins for number of residents living in them ! The rubbish is like this week in week out and been reported numerous times but isn’t improving. Reports sent to council, local councillor and Croft housing the owners of the properties !
