Flooding on public pavement

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 19:30, Mon 8 July 2024

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6205939.

I have complained about this problem to the council. The pavement is dipped and very low which created full flooding and has flooded out garden in the winter. I have chased the council and still nothing has been done. An area of work was marked out for work but still months later the issues has not been worked on and I've had no update. The drains are full of debris the dikes opposite are full and the depth of the pavement is so low with no ability to reach a drain it floods the whole pathway and existing properties gardens
