Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6203591.

Area of road approximately 60 by 100 cm surrounding a culvert and sluice Valve cover has sunk by approximately 6 cm causing you to have to swerve out into the traffic to cycle past particularly unsafe as it is right by a pedestrian crossing and just before a humped back bridge
