Problem with the pavement

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6202686.

I am disabled and the pavement is full of broken paving slabs on Thames road please can they be fixed- tarmaced it’s dangerous to use my rollator as I’ve fallen and also my husband has to go in the road to push my wheelchair- I’m scared we’re going to get run over

I am not sure how to report the problem. The paving stones are all broken and hard to walk on
