Branches of public tree are too low and need cutting

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6202281.

People walking under the tree outside no 69 Hayes Chase have to stoop quite low. Some people have been taken unawares and are hit in the face with all the greenery - we are concerned that the shock might make them fall. The bottom branches need trimming - a necessary procedure that won't change the overall shape of the tree
