Sent to Darlington Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6200308.

Neighbours lighting fires at 3pm in the afternoon, pretty sure it has to be after 7pm. All washing in the whole street now needs re doing on a Sunday before work/school. Regular occurrence. Neighbours not willing to compromise.
