Water not making it way to the drains causing flooding.

In Valley View when there is heavy rain, the rain is flowing from the road, down into the access road for garages and then into our garden causing severe flooding. Due to the drain being on the other side of the drop curb, which allows access to the garages, the water is unable to flow to the drain meaning it all accumulates in out back garden.

Thanks for your enquiry , there are soakaways in the area that need to be inspected before any remedial action can be taken - unfortunately some of these are buried in the undergrowth and will have to be uncovered - arrangements are in place to do this.

Apologies that this has yet to be resolved - we are working with the contractors to locate the soakaways which is proving to be very difficult .
