The vegetation out of this garden is taking over the whole pavement. I understand that it might not necessarily fall in your jurisdiction but I can’t walk past with my kids without someone having to go on the road. It covers two flags worth of pavement. People should be forced to keep their hedges etc within their own boundaries.
