  • This was ‘promised’ to be done in June….

They are still flooded (as at 7am Wednesday 10 July) so WHEN will they be PROPERLY cleared out? July 2025? 2026? Never?

  • Thank you for you report.

The gullies on School Road were jettied in July. A Neighbourhood Officer will attend and investigate further.

Unfortunately, the issue in some areas during periods of severe and heavy rainfall is that surface water drainage assets can reach maximum capacity preventing rainfall from draining away quicker than usual from the road surface which can then cause problems from mild ponding to actual flooding of the area.
