Repeatedly flooding drain enters house

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category by Veronica Lyell at 22:48, Sat 6 July 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6198948.

I have reported this twice before, in Dec 23 and Feb 24. last report 5541150. Each time it says 'further routine works will be carried out'. Each rainstorm floods my basement with litres of water. Remedial work will be needed in my house. I will take this to the complaints department if not solved and seek redress
