Express Vehicle Services garage ALWAYS parks vehicles like this, completely obstructing the footpath and stopping anyone who is able to get down a non dropped curb from crossing safely. They then park their van on the pavement opposite so you have to chose between the privately owned grassy area or in the road to pass. A child will be seriously injured here before long!
